Ed Lloyd CPA is the managing director of Ed Lloyd & Associates, PLLC. He is certified as a North Carolina CPA, number 18800. His experience prior to starting the practice in 1994, includes over nine years experience with local and regional CPA firms, and one year with a regional redevelopment and property management firm.

Mr. Lloyd earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. He has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. Lloyd has received the Results Accountant™ designation from Results Accountants Systems for management consulting services and the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
